It's as Easy as 1, 2, 3.....

Propose a new Professional Development Course: View the Catalog to assure that you are not proposing a course that conflicts with an existing course. 1.  Course must be at least 3 hours (can be multiple sessions). 2.  Course must be approved by our district clock hour     committee before awarded clock hours.  Therefore the application for clock hours must be at least two weeks prior to course.   3.  If the course is not approved, you will still use our registration system and it will be entered as a course with 0 clock hours available. 4.  The form must be filled out using Acrobat Reader. To download and install click here 5.  Click here* to download the form as a pdf.  6.  Open the form using Acrobat Reader. Click Here for a video tutorial on filling out the form. 7.  Save your proposal on your computer.  This way you can use it as a template thte next time you need to propose a course. 8.  Click the Email button to send the course information to the clock hour committee. 9.  You will be notified within two weeks if your course has been approved.  10.  That's all there is to it!
